This isn't going to have much of an impact for lawyers drowning in debt.

Paying off student loans was a great source of pride for me. A student loan bailout would not take this accomplishment away from me or anyone else who paid off their student debt.

If the government is serious about forgiving student loan debt, it should not do so with no questions asked.

The clock is ticking on that promise, and student borrowers are still waiting for action.

Despite a lot of talk, very few people have done anything tangible to address the student debt crisis in the legal profession.
